Dairy Free Smoothies

Dairy Free Smoothies--See Tip Below!

Smoothie #1

1/2 cup Dole Paradise Blend Juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 of a fresh bannana
1/2 cup frozen mango
2 cups frozen strawberries

Blend together and enjoy!!!


Smoothie #2

1/2 cup juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen rasberry
1/2 cup frozen blueberry
1 cup frozen straweberry

Blend together and enjoy!!!


Whether your smoothies are dairy-free or not, here is a tip that anyone can use.

Tip:  Blend extra smoothies while making one for the day and freeze them in freezer bags.  If you eat them for breakfast, simply thaw in the fridge the night before.

Blend Smoothies(I double or triple a recipe to freeze).


Pour into individual freezer bags for single servings(unless you drink them as a family).
