Welcome Baby Atlanta

After a bit of a break, I am trying, with the help of my good friend, to get my blog back up and running!! Why the break? Well, I welcomed my sweet son into the world 6 weeks earlier than expected! We had a very rocky start, but he is doing very well now. I just have my hands full and busy with a 22 month old and a 2 month old. Needless to say, I wanted to share some precious photos of our first 2 months with our new baby Atlanta.

Evan's first photo....6lbs 3oz....big for a premmie!

He might have been big, but he couldn't breath on his own!

Finally coming home!

The best Christmas gift a mom could ask for!

  5. Your baby Evan reminds me of my first born - 22 years ago. He was born a preemie at about the same size. (6 weeks early) He was put in an incubator for the first 24 hours. It was sort of scary since he was my first baby. I could not hold him right away. He is now 6 feet tall and about 180 lbs. People told me he would always be behind other kids because he was born early. Pooh on that! He graduated from police academy the end of October. He also made the President's List at his college last semester.

I loved looking at your pictures. Have a wonderful New Year!
