In this world where everyone wants "the next best thing" I try to be thankful for what I already have. We don't always have the money to buy the next best thing or to do lots of the expensive fun things some people do in the summer. When my husband gets down about our money situation I try to remind him all we have to be thankful for. We have 2 wonderful children, a nice (small) house that suits our needs and we have each other. After 11 years of marriage having "each other" doesn't always sound so nice, but the reality is after a hard day at work or with the kids we have each other and you can't put a price tag on that. I hope this post leaves you thinking about all you have to be thankful for in your life that you can't put a price tag on.

  2. I love how you say that at the end of the day, you and your husband have each other. Relationships are a wonderful gift from God.

  3. My husband has a very sick grandfather right now. I never really thought about who would be by my side when I started losing loved ones, and I doubt Hubby ever did either. But I am SO thankful that we have one other for support. It IS a huge blessing.

  5. Quite agree with you Georgia! Money is a matter alone, to live we need one another and for me life is sharing. Money come and go... the attitude towards others should never change.
